Terms and Conditions

General:

The use of A-Street Internet (ASI) services by the Subscriber constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as stated on this web page. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time. For the most current Terms and Conditions, Subscribers should check web site for changes. While your fee covers your unmetered access, the rates quoted are not intended to constitute an offer of a dedicated line. Subscriber agrees to avoid long connection times with little or no transfer of data to their computer. ASI reserves the right to determine reasonable on-line connection usage on a case by case basis, and may terminate any connection that appears inactive, neglected or mechanized. Subscriber agrees to pay ASI any fine, fee or any other charge incurred by ASI as a result of any unlawful act by Subscriber or their agents.

Cancellation:

ASI subscribers may cancel their service upon written notice. Canceling does not relieve Subscriber of liability for any outstanding balance due. Subscriptions canceled after the fifth (5th) of the month will not receive a refund for that month's fee. Subscribers are prohibited to use ASI services send unsolicited E-mail (SPAM), sending obscenities to other parties or to be used as the reply e-mail address for any SPAM or for any other unlawful purposes. Violating State, Federal, and/or International laws including, but not limited to unsolicited E-mail, trademark and copyrights, is prohibited. Doing so will result in immediate account cancellation.

Censorship:

ASI does not censor the content of what Subscriber may see or hear. There is material on-line that may offend certain users. Subscriber agrees to hold ASI harmless of all claims resulting from their use of ASI's service that damages Subscriber or any other party.

Software:

Software used by ASI on a subscriber's computer is provided by the computer's Operating System vendor or ASI may provide other software. ASI is not responsible for errors, corruption, loss of data or any other damage due to non-functioning software.

Passwords & Service:

Passwords given to individual subscribers shall not be given to any other party. Subscribers may not transfer this agreement or access of ASI services without prior written consent.

Indemnification:

Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A-Street Internet, from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit arising out of Subscriber's use of any Service provided by A-Street Internet. Such indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, loss of data, infringement of copyright, theft of intellectual property, violation of any Federal, State or International law, or unauthorized use of any trademark, trade name, or service mark.

The terms of this agreement are not binding until the subscriber has connected their computer to the Internet services provided by ASI. The subscriber understands and agrees to the terms of this agreement. The subscriber understands this debit authority is to remain in effect until ASI has received written notification from subscriber of theirs termination of service in such time and manner as to afford ASI a reasonable time to act upon it. The subscriber has the right to stop payment of a debit entry (deduction) within three (3) business days or more before this payment is scheduled to be made.
